Just one week after returning from a tour of four states in the Southwest, the Bibles for America (BfA) motor home and minivan departed Irvine, California on Monday, May 13 for the Northwest. The vehicles, carrying 2,800 Recovery Version New Testaments and 47,500 brochures and cards offering a free New Testament will tour the state of Washington for three weeks of distribution. The motor home will arrive in Bellevue at an international Christian conference there during the Memorial Day weekend (May 24-27) and then go to Tacoma for a Bible-reading seminar hosted by Bibles for America volunteers on June 1. Other tentative stops in Washington include Everett, Spokane, Pullman, Prosser, and Bellingham. BfA will also visit cities in California (Visalia, Roseburg, San Francisco, and Sacramento) and Oregon (Eugene) along the way.

You are invited to read the crew's daily reports and view photos from the road on our Internet Web site: www.biblesforamerica.org/northwest. We also appreciate your correspondence. You can write notes of encouragement to the crew at tours@biblesformamerica.org.
