Nationwide Bible Distribution Event

Preparations are in full swing for this fall's special nationwide Bible distribution event, "Let His Word Run." Our goal is to distribute 1 million gift offer brochures between October and November. Our motor homes and crew members will travel the country to assist local volunteers in Bible distribution events.

Current Motor Home Tour

One of Bibles for America's motor homes is in the Midwestern U.S. for its second Bible distribution tour of the year in this area. Crew members will visit college campuses and retail stores in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska through October to distribute free copies of the New Testament Recovery Version. Over 2,500 free Bibles were distributed in this area during the spring tour.

Reaching out to Hurricane Victims

Just as in the aftermath of September 11, 2001, Hurricane Katrina and the devastation that followed it has stirred up a deeper seeking in Americans for eternal security, refuge, and comfort. In response to this time of loss in our country, Bibles for America has allocated free Bibles to supply evacuees in the Gulf Coast. We are working with our volunteers in this region to distribute the Word of God, and one of our three motor homes with crew members will travel throughout the area in the coming months to minister to those in need.

Pray that the Lord would accomplish all that He desires to do through the "Let His Word Run" nationwide Bible distribution event. May these 1 million gift offer brochures be given to people who are hungry for God's Word.

Pray for the Lord's blessing on the current motor home tour through Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Nebraska. May thousands of people in these states, especially college students, receive the New Testament Recovery Version and enjoy it as their inward nourishment and supply. Please stand with the motor home crew members as they travel over the next few months; pray for their health and well-being, and ask the Lord to supply them abundantly with Himself as grace.

Pray that the Spirit would brood over the people of this country to soften their hearts toward the Lord and to stir up a seeking in them for God and God's Word. Also pray that in this new school year, many college students will be open to the word of the truth.
