Let His Word Run

We thank and praise the Lord for all He has done through this special distribution event that took place from October through November. Thousands of people throughout the nation received Recovery Versions or offers for Recovery Versions on college campuses and at different community venues. Bibles for America volunteers of all ages took part in this unprecedented corporate effort through various kinds of distributions.

• Our 3 motor homes toured eastern Washington, the Northwest, the Mountain States, the Midwest, California and the Southeast. During these tours, we distributed about 9,000 Recovery Versions and 27,000 brochures. There was an especially wonderful response from the students on the college campuses that we visited.
• Volunteers set out tables at local venues and by these direct distributions, thousands of Recovery Versions and gift-offer brochures were handed out. People also received gift-offers through our residential distributions, when volunteers hung brochures on neighborhood doors.
• Through the mass-mailing program, brochures were mailed to 104 zip codes (equaling approximately 698,000 residential addresses).
• The results of our new brochure stand program were encouraging; Bibles for America brochure stands were welcomed in retail centers, libraries, radio stations, and other community establishments.

Once again, we were assured that this country is full of seekers who hunger for the interpreted Word. Volunteers shared with us that not only were they encouraged by reaching others with the Word, but they were also revived in their own spiritual life.

Please Remember in Prayer

Pray that through all the Bibles and brochures distributed during "Let His Word Run," the Lord would continue to lead hungry seekers all over the nation to His interpreted Word.

Pray that through the Body, the Lord would supply the increasing financial needs of BfA as we expand our programs.

Pray that the Lord would lead us regarding where to send the motor homes in the upcoming new year.
