Visit Us at the LA Times Festival of Books
Come visit the Bibles for America booth (booth 126) at this year’s
Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, April 24-25 on the UCLA campus. Volunteers
will be on hand to give away free Recovery Version New Testaments and
to answer questions about using the Recovery Version to understand the
Bible. The event is free and open to the public. For more information
about the LA Times Festival of Books, please visit www.latimes.com/festivalofbooks.
Please pray for BfA’s appearance at this event. Please pray especially
that the Lord would give many people a deeper and stronger spiritual hunger,
and that people would receive and appreciate the Recovery Version.
Upcoming Events
Please also pray for upcoming Bible distribution events at these locations:
March 22-23—California State University at San Marcos; Northern
Arizona University (Flagstaff, Arizona)
March 24—Irvine Valley College (Irvine, California); Wal-Mart store in Page,
Arizona
May the Lord bring our volunteers in contact with many people who desire
to know the truth in the Bible.
Please Remember in Prayer
Please remember in prayer the three motor home tours beginning this spring
to distribute Bibles across the Southeastern U.S. Please pray for an unprecedented
coordinated effort among volunteers nationwide who will join these trips,
and pray that the Lord will bless the oneness of the crew members and
area volunteers.
Please also remember in prayer our endeavor to link area volunteers with
Bible recipients requesting further guidance in using the Recovery Version.
Please pray for subscribers’ receiving of offers for additional
free Christian literature, to be mailed later this year. May many receive
much spiritual benefit from these free booklets.
Join Our Crew!

Temple. I just started the 2-year reading schedule; I like it. Now I’m
