Let His Word Run
We thank the Lord for all He did in the "Let His Word Run" event that took place from October through November 2005. Tens of thousands of people throughout the nation received Recovery Versions or offers for Recovery Versions through the mass mailing program, brochure stand program, residential distributions, motor home tours, and direct distributions at various public venues. Below are some encouraging statistics from this event:

• Number of volunteers who participated: 4,000
• Number of brochures distributed on the motor home tours: 35,000
• Number of Bibles distributed on motor home tours: 10,000
• Number of mass mailing brochures sent: 685,000
• Number of Bibles ordered via mass mailing brochures: 8,000 (and still increasing)
• Number of brochures hung on doors: 275,000
• Number of Bibles distributed directly to individuals: 19,000
• Grand total of Bibles distributed: 47,000 (and still increasing)
• Grand total of brochures distributed: 1.2 million

BfA Staff Increase
The positive response to "Let His Word Run" has created a need for more staff members to care for our subscribers. Bibles for America has therefore increased both its office staff as well as the number of staff members serving remotely throughout the U.S.

New Motor Home
In December 2005, a motor home was donated to us, which was received with much thanksgiving! Our new Fleetwood Excursion is 39 feet long and is currently being detailed with BfA decals in preparation for its first tour.

ReadHisWord.com
Bibles for America is pleased to introduce "ReadHisWord.com," a free online service designed especially for readers of the Recovery Version. This Web site offers helpful features such as personalized Bible reading schedules, the history of the Bible, tips on how to study the Bible and facts about the Recovery Version. We encourage all of our BfA subscribers to visit this useful new site at http://www.ReadHisWord.com.

Upcoming Events
Bibles for America (BfA) plans to give away 100,000 Bibles in the year 2006. The staff is now busy developing various events to help reach this goal. We are considering implementing another distribution event similar to "Let His Word Run."

From March to May of this year, one of our motor homes will tour through the Gulf States of Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama to distribute free Recovery Versions and gift-offer brochures.

In the fall we will conduct another motor home tour that will commence in Missouri and end in the Washington, D.C. area in November 2006.

Our Subscriber Care Department is developing programs to assist our subscribers in their reading of the Word and spiritual pursuit. These programs include Christian literature mailings, Bible study groups, regional seminars and other resources.

Please Remember in Prayer
We ask for your prayer that the Lord would continue to bless all the events, motor home tours and programs to distribute Bibles and care for our subscribers. Pray that the Lord would lead and strengthen the BfA staff as they coordinate and plan these projects. May the Lord bless the going out of His Word in 2006!
