Spring Motor Home Tours
The Bibles for America (BfA) Spring Motor Home Tour began in February and will continue until the end of April to distribute free copies of the New Testament Recovery Version. The tour will visit eight states: Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Missouri, and Wisconsin.

The schedule for this tour includes over 20 venues, including retail establishments, large universities, and community colleges. During the first two months of this tour, motor home crew members and local volunteers gave away over 5,000 free Bibles. Even in a state such as Mississippi, where statistics indicate that many residents own more than one Bible, students were eager to receive a New Testament Recovery Version after reading one or two footnotes from it. After receiving their free Bibles, some have also requested Bible-offer brochures to give to others.

Contacting Literature Recipients
Volunteers are continuing in the effort to contact BfA literature recipients nationwide to introduce them to additional free resources that can complement their reading and studying of the Bible. Distribution of Spanish Literature
As part of a pilot study to distribute free Christian literature in Spanish, volunteers in Santa Monica, California, have given away over 500 copies of the Gospel of John (in Spanish) with footnotes along with Bible-offer brochures in Spanish this year. In February, BfA began sending the books in our free literature series in Spanish (Basic Elements of the Christian Life, vols. 1–3; The All-inclusive Christ; and The Glorious Church) to those who have received copies of the New Testament Recovery Version in Spanish.

Northern Illinois University (Dekalb)
Seventeen BfA volunteers from Chicago and Urbana-Champaign distributed free Bibles at Northern Illinois University (Dekalb) on Thursday, March 6, three weeks after the tragic shooting on the campus. During the distribution, the volunteers ran out of Bibles and had to wait for more to be delivered. In five hours, 295 copies of the New Testament Recovery Version were given away.

Please Remember in Prayer
Pray for the Lord’s blessing on the Spring Motor Home Tour. Pray that the Lord would soften and open people’s hearts to receive His Word. Also pray that those who have already received free Bibles would read them and be enlightened by the Lord as they read.

Pray that the motor home crew members and local volunteers would be full of the joy of the Lord as they give away free Bibles. Ask for the Lord’s covering and protection for their travels.
