Thursday,
November 15, 2001 - Today we had an early start in Newington, Connecticut.
We gathered at the BfA vehicles at seven thirty this morning to drive to
Central Connecticut State University. Our hope was to greet the students
as they arrived for their first class. In the one hour we were there, we
distributed over 700 pieces of literature offering the free New Testament
Recovery Version.
We met a man in his forties who recently began a ministry to the homeless. He told us that he has studied the Bible for the last twenty years and has been studying the matter of the human heart. He felt he was nearing a breakthrough once he saw the relationship between the prophecy of the new covenant in Jeremiah 31 and its quotation in Hebrews 8. As we listened to him speak, we were rejoicing--this day the Lord would bless his twenty years of seeking the truth by his obtaining of a copy of the Recovery Version. Our prayer is that God would fully open his eyes to Christ's new testament ministry.

the truth by His grace,
