Report Day 25: Saturday, 11/10/2001

Saturday, November 10, 2001 - We spent the night in Franklin Park, New Jersey, and this morning we met with several BfA supporters to prepare for our time at Princeton University today. From the Gospel of John we read, "Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus, stood and cried out, saying, If anyone thirsts, let him come to me and drink" (7: 37-39). We used these wonderful words of our Lord Jesus to pray for His continued blessing and for the Lord to lead us to those who are thirsty.

Once at Princeton, we found a parking spot across the street from the main entrance of the campus and set up a distribution table there to pass out brochures offering a free New Testament Recovery Version. We also set up another table about a block away. It didn't take long for the thirsty ones to find us! Although the students here were not as eager as at other campuses we have visited, we nonetheless believe that those who came forward to receive a Recovery Version are ones the Lord Himself placed in our path. Thank you Lord!

We left Princeton in the afternoon and drove back to Franklin Park to have a late lunch. There we joined some believers for a time of mutual fellowship and spiritual refreshment. We relayed to them many of our experiences with the tour over these last three weeks and together we worshipped the Lord for His doings.

After the meeting, we spent the rest of the day to do laundry, rest, get haircuts, and to catch up on other personal matters.

Thanking the Lord for His continuous care,
The "Word of Truth USA" Crew
