Bibles for America (“BfA”) is pleased to provide information to our Web site (“Site”) visitors about our online Privacy Policy. Your privacy is important to us, and our online Privacy Policy is intended to protect and secure any personally identifiable information ("Personal Information") you provide BfA online.

Personal Information we gather is voluntarily supplied by you in one of four ways:

  2. You request information from BfA;
  3. You order products from BfA; or
  4. You make an online donation to BfA.

The Personal Information we collect may include your first and last names, address, telephone number, e-mail address, the name of the college you are attending (if applicable), and, in the case of product ordering or donations, credit card number and expiration date.

How the Information is Used

Your Personal Information will be used to send you a free New Testament Recovery Version and additional information related to the Bible and BfA activities. You may also be contacted to make sure you received your New Testament Recovery Version in good condition and/or with an offer to assist you in using the New Testament Recovery Version to better understand the Bible. Credit card numbers and expiration dates are used only for contribution or payment processing and are not retained for any other purpose. We will not sell, exchange, rent, lease or otherwise disclose your Personal Information to third-party marketers or any persons that are not associated with BfA. We will not use your Personal Information for any commercial purposes. BfA associates have been instructed regarding our Privacy Policy and have signed an agreement to be bound by it.

BfA reserves the right to use or disclose any information as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request, to protect the integrity of the site, to fulfill your requests, to cooperate in any law enforcement investigation or any investigation on a matter of public safety, or to enforce the Terms of Use.

We also provide you the opportunity to review, update or delete your Personal Information collected by the Site. Please review the "Changing Personal Information" section of this Privacy Policy below.

Children’s Privacy Policy

Users must be at least 18 years of age before requesting a free New Testament Recovery Version or participating in any activity that requires the submission of Personal Information. By requesting a New Testament Recovery Version or participating in our Site activities, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.
